Brilliant easy to use service. Super convenient to book with 24 hours turnaround time. Works like a clock and good cleaning as well. I would recommend reusable hangers and packaging ratehe than plastic. Otherwise all is perfect!

I was gifted a voucher for this app at my baby shower and it has proven to be brilliant - we went for a family holiday and returned with absolutely loads of laundry. The app itself is easy to use, you get updates when the driver is on their way to collect/deliver your laundry, and the service itself was very good and made our return to the UK feel a lot easier!

I love using Laundry Heap! Though a bit pricey, it comes in handy when you're feeling lazy about doing laundry. I love the whole process and how they pack the clothes for delivery. Just a note: please add an option for clients to choose "add fabric softener" so the clothes come back smelling fresh and great!
