So easy! Did the wash and dry service for 2 loads of mixed wash. Pick up and delivery were good. Clothes were clean and smelled fresh. Not completely folded but put in a way to prevent tons of wrinkles. Very pleased.

The app itself is easy to use, you get updates when the driver is on their way to collect/deliver your laundry, and the service itself was very good and made our return to the UK feel a lot easier!

I love using Laundry Heap! Though a bit pricey, it comes in handy when you're feeling lazy about doing laundry. I love the whole process and how they pack the clothes for delivery. Just a note: please add an option for clients to choose "add fabric softener" so the clothes come back smelling fresh and great!
