I love using Laundry Heap! Though a bit pricey, it comes in handy when you're feeling lazy about doing laundry. I love the whole process and how they pack the clothes for delivery. Just a note: please add an option for clients to choose "add fabric softener" so the clothes come back smelling fresh and great!

But honestly it's pretty straightforward, on time pick up and delivery. No issues. Did what I expected. Will definitely use again. Not sure of price comparison but hey, who cares? So easy! Did the wash and dry service for 2 loads of mixed wash. Pick up and delivery were good. Clothes were clean and smelled fresh. Not completely folded but put in a way to prevent tons of wrinkles. Very pleased.
